STARTING RATE: $13.20

SHIFT: Part-Time, Tuesday – Friday, 4 PM to 8 PM, and every Saturday, 10 AM-6 PM! No Sundays/Mondays!

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Answers phone calls, schedules meetings, and supports visitors. Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc. Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greeting residents, family members, and vendors as they enter the facility
• Building a rapport with visitors and residents
• Answering the facility phone and directing calls appropriately
• Assisting with facility activities
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 18 years of age, high school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience of at least 1 year in a clerical setting, required
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, such as Excel and Word, required.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment
• Filing paperwork, answering and transferring calls
• Able to lift up to 20 pounds
