Lead Position

Smith Dental Care is hiring an Office Lead position for the weekend at our Lilburn location. We are a dental practice with soon-to-be 6 clinical office locations, open 7 days a week. Our full-time employees enjoy a schedule of 3 days per week, 12 hour shifts with 4 days off.

Duties you will learn to do:

• Conduct yourself as a leader
• Maintain flow of the office.
• Ensure the patients' concerns and best interests are kept as the top priority.
• Maintain all clinic systems and best practices.
• Be always aware of operations of entire clinic. Be prepared to make thoughtful decisions for the best course of action for the clinic.
• Ensure the clinic is running efficiently.
• Answer questions that may arise from staff and patients.
• Ensure patient schedules are followed and ensure there are no scheduling conflicts, errors, and the clinic has all necessary supplies for each appointment.
• Ensure top-notch customer service in every area of the clinic.
• Maintain dental supplies and inventory; stock supplies in operatories, restrooms, lab, etc. as needed.
• Report on any issues with staff.
