We are looking for an experienced Lead Mechanic to join our team and lead our team of mechanics in providing quality repairs and maintenance services. The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of automotive systems, be able to diagnose and repair complex issues, and have the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The Lead Mechanic will also be responsible for training and supervising other mechanics, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed, and keeping accurate records of all repairs and maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical problems on vehicles.
- Perform preventative maintenance on vehicles.
- Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance and repairs.
- Provide excellent customer service to customers.
- Keep up to date with new technologies and repair methods.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour
