The Technical Extrusion/Thermoforming Senior Lead has the following responsibiliies:
- Apply knowledge of materials and engineering to design, integrate, and improve manufacturing systems or related processes
- Work with commercial or industrial contractors to refine equipment designs and modifications to increase operability and safety
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of safety, quality and performance of Technical Leads and Technical Shift Leads
- Assist and support the Technical Supervisor to coordinate and perform all activities of the technical department
- Assist and support the Technical Supervisor to meet and exceed the department’s objectives, including all matters concerning EH&S
