Job Description
- Grow new and existing customer relationships by walking through beautiful neighborhoods talking to homeowners about their trees, shrubs, and preservation efforts.
- Educate homeowners on the importance of proper trimming and pruning of trees and shrubs and point out potential hazards or concerns you may see walking up to the home
- Schedule homeowners for a no cost or obligation consultations with our ISA Trained & Certified Arborists
- We provide you neighborhoods to work, no need to meet at an office daily
- Marketing materials & company apparel provided
Compensation:
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available to fit your needs
- $25.00 / hr. + 2% commission
- Weekly Incentive opportunity (up to $100 - $500/ week)
- Additional milestone incentives (up to $450 in one-time incentives, cell extension, premium uniform package, and company vehicle)
- Monthly cell reimbursement (up to $60/ month)
- Medical, dental, and vision available after 60 days working 30 hrs. or more
- Company paid for Life Insurance after 60 days
- 401(K) and Roth 401(K) available after 60 days
- Paid time off (PTO)
- Up to $120 incentive for high traction shoes or boots
- $1,500 Incentive after 90 days employment & $1,500 after 180 days with 1 year employment commitment
Must have reliable vehicle, driver’s license & proof of car insurance
