Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of developers to design, develop, and maintain our web applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Develop and maintain high-quality code using React.js, Node.js, Redux, TypeScript, and other technologies
- Ensure that the code is scalable, maintainable, and meets the highest standards of quality
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members to improve code quality
- Work closely with the QA team to ensure that the code is thoroughly tested and meets the acceptance criteria

Qualifications:

- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms
- Experience with full-stack development is a plus
- Experience with Jest or other testing frameworks is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
