As part of our team, working in the role of Lead Barista/ AM Bartender, you are an integral part of our service team on our three food and beverage outlet campus, focusing on the service, menu, and efficiencies of the Cafe, our 7 day AM outlet. We are looking for someone to drive Coffee/Tea/NA Bev Programming and menu content in this outlet!

• The Barista is responsible for providing the highest quality of beverage production and service to our Members and guests.

• In addition to supporting all Club venues, events and fellow Employee Partners in delivering quality beverages and service, the Bartender maintains the bar, bar service areas and related storerooms in a neat, organized and secure manner.

• Follow the proper procedures for stocking, cleaning and ensuring opening/closing duties to ensure bar readiness at all times.

• Menu knowledge is required including all ingredients and allergens.

• Previous fine dining, barista, or bartending experience required.

• A working knowledge of bar related beverages, spirits, wine and beer.

• A working knowledge of the most common cocktails, mixed drinks and specialty drinks.

• Must be willing and able to create cocktails to specific recipes as set forth by Harbour Club.

• Complete and comprehensive knowledge of the a la carte menus is mandatory.

• Acquire complete working knowledge of our POS System

• Responsible for service of food in bar areas or bar top as designated by management.

• Learn and know members names, and greet them promptly as such, in a pleasant manner making them feel at home.

• Follow all service department, club and corporate guidelines and policies as instructed by supervisor and manuals.

• Responsible for maintaining good conduct and safe working habits.

• Possesses a passion for exceeding Member expectations and a commitment to excellence that results in providing the highest quality Member and guest experience.

• Attendance at daily lineup is mandatory.

• Wearing a clean and neat uniform as set by Wonderer standards.

• May be necessary to train on and perform other service related duties as deemed relevant to overall operation of the club. Duties could include inventory counts, cleaning, stocking, greeting, meetings, training, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
