We have recently started offering a 4-day Work Week to our employees to give them a chance to spend more time doing the things they love!

Job descriptions include:

Lawn Care:

· Operating commercial zero-turn mower

· Operating weedeater and/or stick edger

· Operating leaf blower

· Operating sprayer for weed and pest control

· Maintaining general cleanliness of properties

Landscaping:

· Using hand tools such as rake, shovel, or similar equipment

· Operating a skid steer/mini skid steer, tractor, or trackhoe

· Installing irrigation systems

· Installing plants, trees, or shrubs

· Building retaining walls

Spray/Maintenance:

· State of Tennessee Category 3 Certification

· Maintain landscaped beds

· Perform maintenance on various landscape needs

While these are general descriptions, there may be times when you are asked to fill other roles.

Job duties will require:

· Ability to work outside for extended hours of time in the heat or cold

· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, or team lift anything over 50 pounds

· Other duties as assigned with the job descriptions

Rate of pay will be considered based on previous experience.

We are a Tennessee Drug Free Workplace and ask that all applicants be able to pass a drug test.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
