Seeking a bilingual plant manager to work in a busy warehouse production center cleaning clothing for Rick's Cleaners.

This role is a dynamic position working directly with plant managers in laundry and dry-cleaning facilities.
Duties Include:
- Assist the plant when needed with completing production. This includes sorting orders, pressing, assembly, and all other components needed to complete the work.
- Assist stores with issues including searching for missing items and quality procedures.
- Help solve solutions for plants and implement techniques to improve efficiency.
- Quality Control lines and production.
- Detailing items and mark-in clothing for stores if needed.
- Assists in training new employees.
- Scanning
- Assembly Line
- Assist with time cards and discrepancies.
- Serve as a backup/secondary driver in the event a shift needs to be covered or a driver replacement is needed.
- Deliver hotshots when needed in a company vehicle.
- Drive trucks to mechanic shops when necessary.
- Assist with maintenance when needed.
Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License.
- Must be Bilingual (English and Spanish).
- Ability to step in and out of the box truck multiple times.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Able to work in an unconditioned warehouse space. The environment will be hot due to pressing equipment use.

This role will require visits to each of the three addresses listed above in your vehicle. Depending on the day and immediate need your manager will discuss which location you will start at. Production facilities operate 6 days per week and are closed on Sundays. Work will be scheduled 5 days per week.
Schedule:
- Tuesday-Saturday: 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
- Off Monday and Sunday
As expected with management roles, hours may be subject to change depending on the needs of our production requirements.
