We are seeking a skilled and passionate Lash Artist to join our team. As a Lash Artist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional eyelash extension services to our valued clients. Your primary focus will be on creating stunning lash extensions while prioritizing the utmost safety, hygiene, and client care.

Responsibilities:

Eyelash Extension Services: Perform professional eyelash extension application services, including classic, volume, and hybrid lash techniques, based on client preferences and desired looks.

Consultations: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their desired lash style, length, and volume. Provide expert advice and recommendations based on clients' natural lashes, eye shape, and overall look.

Sanitation and Hygiene: Adhere to strict sanitation protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment. Follow proper disinfection and sterilization practices for all tools, equipment, and workstations in accordance with industry standards.

Client Care: Build strong rapport with clients, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience throughout the lash application process. Address client concerns and provide aftercare instructions for maintaining lash extensions.

Education and Expertise: Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and products related to lash extensions. Continuously improve skills through professional development, workshops, and advanced training programs.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate client records, including detailed information about lash styles, lengths, and any allergies or sensitivities. Track and manage client appointments, ensuring punctuality and efficient time management.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members, such as receptionists and salon managers, to ensure a seamless client experience from booking to post-service follow-up.

Requirements:

Lash Artistry Certification: Possess a valid certification in lash extensions from a reputable training program. Extensive education and training in lashing techniques, lash mapping, lash health, and proper adhesive usage are essential.

Experience: Have a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience as a professional Lash Artist, preferably in a salon or spa setting.

Knowledge of Sanitation Practices: Demonstrate a strong understanding of proper sanitation and sterilization practices specific to lash extensions, including the cleaning and disinfection of tools, equipment, and workstations.

Attention to Detail: Exhibit exceptional attention to detail and precision to create flawless lash extensions that meet clients' expectations.

Client Service Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide a personalized experience for each client. Ability to actively listen, understand client needs, and provide suitable recommendations.

Professionalism: Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and work ethic at all times. Respect client privacy and confidentiality.

Time Management: Display efficient time management skills to ensure punctuality for appointments and to optimize productivity.

Flexibility: Adapt to changing schedules, client demands, and evolving industry trends.

Portfolio: Provide a portfolio or visual evidence of past work showcasing different lash extension styles and techniques.

Licensing: Hold any required state or local licenses or certifications for performing lash extension services.
