Grounds/Landscape Tasks & Duties (What You'll Do)
- This is an entry level position responsible for the preparation of vacant units for rent.
- Duties include standard interior and exterior minor maintenance, grounds keeping, routine semi-skilled maintenance and custodial work to prepare vacant units for rent.
Grounds/Landscape Shift Info
- Day Shift; 08:00AM to 04:30PM
- Monday-Friday
Grounds/Landscape Qualifications (Requirements / Skills)
- Landscaping and maintenance experience
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Able to work in the US.
- One (1) year maintenance experience or in related field.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid Colorado driver license and an acceptable driving record.
- A combination of appropriate education and experience may be substituted for the minimum educational and experience requirements.
