Job Duties:

• Managing several crews through the completion of landscape construction projects
• Mentoring and training a crew of enthusiastic, motivated crew members on how to properly and safely use equipment
• Ensuring crew members are working safely and responsibly
• Maintaining Outerland's exceptional service standards
• Organizing and leading job-sites to meet time and financial commitments.
• Continuing education to stay up to date on the latest landscaping standards
• Ability to budget work as needed
• Representing the Outerland brand!

Job Requirements:

• Landscape Construction Experience
• On-Site Leadership Experience
• Ability to train and mentor others
• Excellent communication
• Driver's License in good standing
• Knowledge of time management and budgeting

This job is excellent for those with military experience, individuals who do or do not have a high school diploma or GED, and anyone who has been out of work recently. We provide excellent training and career services on a clear career path.
