Overview:
Candidate should have or be prepared to acquire any certifications required by the Company.
This job encompasses all aspects of general labor in the production process and varies based on the department assigned.
- Bonuses. A new employee bonus of $1,000, plus a $100/week attendance bonus.*

- Competitive pay. Welders start at $22.93 to $23.93, laborers start at $17.93 to $18.93.*

- Uses work order for specifications on how specific tasks are to be performed.
- Uses appropriate drawings to assemble parts and/or products.
- Must be able to read and understand blueprints/drawings/schematics
- Checks stock for adequate supplies, picks parts, and follows proper procedures for shortages.
- Assures that tools used in department process are properly adjusted and maintained.
- Ability to work with hand, air, and electric power tools.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts; high, precarious places; heavy equipment. The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, outside weather conditions, and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
