The Process Lab Operator Responsibilities:

• Assembles parts by following detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures.
• Mixes, coats and applies epoxies and epoxy related chemicals in manufacturing parts
• Handles, processes and disposes of hazardous materials, fiberglass, aluminum powder and carbon powder.
• Assigned other tasks by management
• Follows all DG safety procedures as per company policies and per the Facility Engineer/Safety Director

Qualifications and Skills for the Process Lab Technician:

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Some experience assembling components using work instructions required.
• Ability to learn new processes and procedures.
• Fine motor skills for the operation of tools and equipment
• Must be able to work long periods of time wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Must be able to lift/push up to 25 lbs
• Regularly required to stand or sit, and move about the facility.
• Able to work quickly and efficiently with hands in a fast paced team environment.
