Job Summary: Responsible for maintaining the kitchen, ensuring all prep is completed, and completing all orders properly as they come in.

Job Duties:

• Maintains cleanliness of kitchen, walk-in, dry storage, and other food and beverage areas
• Has an expert knowledge of the menu. We will give you all of the information and training you need to exceed our guests expectations
• Assist with opening and closing procedures
• May assist in with register based on training and confidence level
• Prepares all orders based on corporate standards and delivers to the front of house team based on approved plating standards
• Ensures the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas including dry storage, walk-in, dish room, and banquet setup areas
• Restocks all required items setting up the next shift for success
• Prepares all required sides, sauces, and entrees prior to opening to ensure seamless service
• Performs other tasks/duties as requested

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One to two years of kitchen experience preferred but not necessary
• Guest service, basic accounting, and familiarity with hospitality industry practices preferred.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
