Kitchen Staff Job at Alina Lodge
· Serving the students, staff members and guests food from the serving line at meal-times.
· Prepares snacks for guests
· Replenish paper goods and all essential items needed.
· Preparing salads and other items for meals under the instruction and supervision of the cook/lead cook.
· Clearing food from the meals at the serving line and cleaning the space, including all instruments, steam-wells, counters, walls and floors at the serving line.
· Thoroughly packaging (wrapping), dating and storing leftover food for later use, or throwing away food that will not be used again.
· Cleaning dishes, pots and pans, etc. either with use of the dishwasher or scrubbing by hand as necessary
· Cleaning, scrubbing and sanitizing all Kitchen surfaces including equipment, floors and walls.
· Taking all garbage to the dumpster
· Putting away food and supplies from delivery trucks
· All other duties as assigned
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour
