Kids Club Lead Attendant - Northeast Job at YMCA of Greater Louisville
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to care for large age ranges of children in a group setting
- Ability to work with others as a team

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure engaging activities are performed by Kids’ Club Staff
- Assists in performing both check in/check out procedures of participants in our care
- Responsible for consistently implementing Kids’ Club Initiatives
- Communicates YMCA policies related to Kids Club
- Offers tours of Kids Club and introduces new members to our service
- Communicates regularly with the Director of Member Engagement and Kids’ Club Coordinator
- Handles member questions/complaints in a professional and caring manner
- Maintains all training and attends staff meeting, as assigned

Uphold the mission of the YMCA
Assumes responsibility for all members and children participating in the Kids Club Service.
Maintains the mission of the YMCA at all times.

STATUS: Part Time Hourly
PAY RANGE: $10.00-$10.50/hour
