Real Estate Agent Responsibilities:

• Work with buyers, sellers and investors utilizing Keller Williams’ interconnected technology suite to help clients meet their Real Estate objectives and effectively negotiate on their behalf.
• Develop and maintain expertise regarding the Real Estate sales process, mortgage financing, and the use of technology to address clients’ needs.
• Consult with clients to ensure quality service as they progress through the Real Estate transaction process from contract through to closing. Coordinate with a Transaction Manager if applicable.

Real Estate Agent Requirements:

• Real Estate License
• Candidates will be considered prior to licensure if they display a commitment to complete the licensure process.
• Minimum of one-year experience in Real Estate, Sales, Hospitality, Customer Service, or Mortgage Processing
• Interest in, and aptitude for, technology
• Ability to work independently and be accountable for professional growth
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong work ethic and drive to succeed
• Self-confidence to work in a commission compensation environment.
