Direct hire position with a private manufacturer that globally sells custom designed large machinery and equipment, and is a well known established company in the Dayton area.
LOCATION: Piqua (no remote available) - north of Dayton 30 minutes
OVERVIEW:
This position focuses on assisting with the coordination of planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of engineering projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides support to the design engineering team
- Identifies potential areas of product improvement; assists with development of appropriate solutions
- Assists project engineers in developing new methods to improve product quality and process efficiencies
- Supports project engineers with providing correct drawings and bills of materials to manufacturing
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME)
- Minimum of 2 years design experience of large capital machinery / equipment
- Solidworks, AutoCAD
SALARY: $75,000 - $80,000, full benefits
