Job Title
: Joint Roller / Trimmer
Reports to
: Grow Manager
Salary Range
: $16/hr
Location
: Denver, CO
Schedule
: Monday-Friday, 8 Hour Shift
Position Objective
:
Pre-roll joint production, Trimming and Harvesting, Support the day-to-day workflow within the Cultivation facility.
Essential Functions
:
·
Assist with the production of pre-packaged marijuana joints, mini joints, and blunts.
·
Process/harvest/trim cannabis with quality and efficiency, ensuring compliance with state regulations and company policies and procedures.
·
Accurately package and label marijuana products; accurately document your production output.
·
Take instructions and follow direction as delegated by supervisors to meet daily and weekly, individual and team production and quality standards.
·
Maintain a safe, clean working environment that adheres to the company’s safety program to ensure quality of product is being met.
·
Work in a timely manner and strive to increase productivity.
·
Place labels for tracking and compliance, and ingredient labels.
·
Count and organize products to prepare for shipment.
·
Performs basic quality control checks including measuring, weighing, package counts, and evaluating product or package appearance.
·
Ensure that workflow and work procedures are followed.
·
Ensure compliance with all Local, State, and Federal regulations.
·
Assist with miscellaneous tasks to support overall company needs.
Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
·
Attention to detail
·
Highly organized
·
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
·
Reliable transportation
·
Good attitude
·
Ability to acquire Colorado State MED Badge
Education and Experience
:
·
High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
Working Conditions (Schedule, Environment, Travel)
:
·
Long periods of sitting and/or standing, noisy work environment, warehouse temperature.
·
Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs. and be able to stand, sit, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach.
