Jewelry Customer Experience – Sales Associate

What I love about this role is that you get to help clients pick out sustainable, lab created, engagement rings and create one-of-a-kind pieces for clients while providing a luxury experience!

If you have worked at Zales, Pandora, Jared’s, Kay Jewelers, Tiffany & Co, or any other jewelry or luxury brand, this role is perfect for you! Also, if you love gemology and have great retail experience, this role is also perfect for you!

Responsibilities:

• Guide customers to purchase via in-person and virtual appointments, creating memorable and personalized experiences for each customer.

• Managing a high volume of incoming sales leads to attain revenue targets.

• Respond to online customer inquiries and provide sales assistance through live chats, and phone calls

• Review customer feedback surveys and online reviews,

• Utilize sales strategies and forward-thinking problem-solving techniques to help customers through purchasing decisions like ring, setting, and diamond or gemstone selections

• Become a SME for diamonds, gemstones, and fine jewelry

• Develop and demonstrate product knowledge as it pertains to our diamonds, gemstones, and fine jewelry.  

• Use ERP system to manage your tasks

• Become a brand advocate

Requirements:

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred

• Experience with an ERP or CRM system

• A passion for socially and environmentally responsible organizations and products

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
