Job Description

Jersey Mikes Subs is looking to build a strong team of warm and friendly crew member and shift leaders with the backing of our management team; who will do so while offering a happy and pleasant experience to customers by creating the perfect sub with a smile. If you are an enthusiastic, outgoing, detail oriented person, then this job is for you!

Basic Requirements:

• Ability to Hire.
• Ability to Make Schedules.
• Ability to manage orders, inventory, and food cost.
• Ability to cash manage
• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated, service-oriented, and friendly
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Work well with a team of crew members
• Capability to learn skills quickly
• Possess cleanliness and organizational skills
• Food service experience is a plus
• Has the ability to lead
• Thrive in the Jersey Mikes process

Compensation

We recognize the importance of compensation and are happy to discuss further. Our Restaurant Managers work a minimum of 50 hours and are paid between $59,000 and 63,000 a year. The schedule is generally 5/6 days a week at around 8/10 hours a day depending on what is best suited for the business.
