SUMMARY:
Responsible for cleaning our office, lunch/break room, and plant areas to ensure a safe, clean work environment that is always visitor ready.
This is a 2nd shift position with shift start at 3:30pm Monday - Friday.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Clean and sanitize lunchrooms, conference rooms, break areas, stair wells, and coffee stations.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum office area floors.
- Sweep plant floor.
- Dust and polish furniture.
- Clean glass windows and doors.
- Collect and dispose of recyclables and trash.
- Clean and sanitize rest rooms.
- Travel as needed to our Wautoma facility in a company provided vehicle to clean and make parts runs as needed.
- Performs other duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
- Independent and self-starting.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Able to perform in a manufacturing environment that may have high noise levels, dust, chemicals, oil, and grease.
- Able to work in an environment that may be either hot, cold, or humid.
- Frequently stand, walk, bend, stoop and kneel.
- Lift and or move up to 10 pounds regularly, 25 pounds frequently, and up to 50 pounds occasionally
