Sanhua International is seeking an IT Systems Analyst to support our IT team. The ideal candidate will have drive and be detail oriented.

Sanhua have established strategic supply and cooperation relationship with world-leaders refrigeration and air-conditioning manufacturers, such as Panasonic, Daikin, Mitsubishi, Toshiba, Hitachi, Fujitsu, LG, Samsung, Carrier, Trane, York, Gree, Midea and Haier among others.The IT Systems Analyst deploys, maintains, and troubleshoots core business applications (Office Automation, CRM system, SAP B1, Integration platform), including application servers, endpoints, and databases.

Major Job Responsibilities

· Interprets data, analyzes results using SQL query or BI tool techniques and provides ongoing status reports;

· Develops, analyzes, prioritizes, and organizes requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers to follow;

· Manages the set-up and configuration of systems (Office Automation, CRM system, SAP B1, Integration platform);

· Defines and coordinates the execution of testing procedures, and develops test cases to serve the overall quality assurance process;

· Provides documentation of all analyst, configuration and development work;

· Develops and implements maintenance procedures, monitors systems health, gathers system statistics, and troubleshoots reported errors and alerts;

· Performs design, implementation, and upgrades of information systems to meet the business and user needs;

· Implements best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performance.

Qualification Requirements

BS degree in Information Technology or Computer Science

Proven, adaptable IT systems analyst who can work in a dynamic, growing organization and global, cross-cultural environment.

5 years’ related experience; Experience implementing a core business system is a plus.

Knowledge/ Skills

· ERP/Database/CRM/Automation system implementation, configuration and development;

· Scripting languages i.e., python/SQL/Java;

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy;

· Ability to troubleshoot complex data and software issues;

· Solid time management skills;

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Proficient written and verbal skills in English)
