Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000, depending on experience and skillset

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with Managed Service Provider in ensuring proper deployment and maintenance of all hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot POS hardware as required and provide overall tech support to team members as needed.
• Maintain employees access levels across all systems, removing past employees from systems to protect the intellectual property and data privacy of the organization.
• Run regular and routine system checks and conduct server/system maintenance as required.
• Work collaboratively with the leadership team to determine technological needs as the organization scales and grows.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree in Information Systems desired, related field, or equivalent work experience required.
• Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the installation, maintenance of computers and related equipment and software.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the network and firewall administration.

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS

• Strong abilities to read, comprehend, create, modify, and interpret technical documents.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently, while closely collaborating with management on broader IT projects.
• Ability to coordinate efforts with other staff and employees.
• Experience with desktop operating systems including Microsoft Windows, and MacOS is required.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure Active Directory systems is required.
• Experience with setup and support of mobile devices management including iOS and Android.
• Experience with Ethernet networking, and LAN/WAN network technologies, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, DHCP, DNS, and VLANs
• Experience with Revel Systems point-of-sale systems and associated peripherals is preferred.
• Familiarity with PCI compliance preferred.
