IT Support Coordinator (Part Time)

Approx. 16-20 hours/week


Senior Care Therapy (SCT) is currently seeking a Part Time IT Support Coordinator to join our rapidly growing team!

  • This is a hybrid position and so the candidate must be in commuting distance to Rochelle Park, NJ.


SCT is a clinician and woman owned and operated company providing psychotherapy services, including evaluations and ongoing therapy, to residents in assisted living, acute rehabs, and long-term care settings. We hire passionate and experienced Psychologists and LCSW’s, fee-for-service and Full-time.

The IT Support Coordinator will be accountable for providing Help desk support to approximately 200 users. This role will handle all installs, modifies personal computer hardware and software systems, and provides technical assistance and training to system users. Support issues will cover email set up, workstations, networks, ISPs, cloud-applications, and company specific software.

Responsibilities:

  • Commuting once a week to headquarters (Rochelle Park) for delivery of laptops
  • Help new hires with navigation/troubleshooting of ADP platforms
  • Set up email for new hires and assist with access questions (how to access on phone/password resets/access on laptop) as well as delete old accounts
  • Maintain and track equipment list for new hires, active employees and terminations to ensure accurate inventory
  • Load specified software packages such as operating systems, Anti-Virus, Office tools, and programs on laptops for each new hire
  • Ship out equipment to new hires on a weekly basis
  • Respond to employee/consultant inquiries to troubleshoot any tech issues via phone call or zoom in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain activity log


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in direct IT/Help Desk operations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office Suites, Desktop Software. Windows 7 through Windows 10 and Office 365
  • Experience with ADP is preferred
  • Strong phone skills are a must.
  • Experience in Behavioral health is a plus
