IT Security Consultant (vCISO)

Position Summary:

With attention to detail, empathy, and proven effective solutions our vCISOs (virtual Chief Information Security Officers) provide strategic security recommendations for our managed customers.

vCISOs establish strong business to business relationships, drive alignment with company security goals, and provide strategic leadership and advice. A vCISO is the security advocate and champion for our customers. Turning advice into action and goals into outcomes.

Pay: $50k-$80k DOE

Travel/License Required: Yes, 50%+ Local Travel, Some Travel Outside Area

• Maintain strong business relationship with C level professionals and/or decision makers

• Understand client’s business, high level operations, common industry technology needs, needs and pains.

• Drive IT success: fewer issues, lower risk, and solutions that meet customer’s needs.

RESOURCE PROFILE:

• Excellent oral & written communication

• Technical, Business, and Financial acumen

• IT background with a focus on implementation, consulting and/or design of technologies for businesses ranging from 10 – 500 users, including multi-site environments.
