The IT Helpdesk Support Technician at Mascoma Bank is a customer-focused professional who is eager to provide tier 1 technical support to our employees. This individual’s responsibility will include incident troubleshooting and resolution, and service request fulfillment for Mascoma Bank’s team members.

This position will be on-site at our Operations Center in White River Junction, VT.*

This individual will be skilled in customer service and have experience in helpdesk/IT support or a similar role. This individual is an adept communicator, resourceful and self-motivated, with the ability to thrive under pressure, which will be an asset to this role. The individual must be comfortable with and have knowledge of Microsoft products, including Jira, and Confluence and be able to work in a fast pace and changing work environment. All Mascoma Bank team members must always maintain confidentiality and privacy.
