IT Help Desk Technician Job at KUHN NORTH AMERICA
- IT Help Desk Technician – The Help Desk Technician is responsible for supporting Kuhn Employees in North America with IT service requests, including hardware/software set-up/replacement and training, and diagnosis and troubleshooting of user issues/problems. Duties include hardware/software deployment & support, software /system training, establishing & maintaining application systems & procedures, and working with IT vendors to procure IT products/services. An Associate’s degree in IT Technology or related computer technology field or at least two years of experience in the IT/help desk field are required. Knowledge of Microsoft current Operating systems, network design, security and maintenance and experience with word processing, spreadsheet applications, database management and email is required.
