Primary Function:
CNH Reman is looking for an experienced IT technician to join its expanding, best-in-class team. In this role you will provide first-level support to users, perform administrative tasks for the IT department, and manage the help desk ticketing system. You will also work with other members of the team to expand your skillset into other areas of IT. For example, you can work with our Project Manager to develop those skills, our System Administrator on system design and cybersecurity, and our analysts to learn about development. Our goal is to find the best person to develop them into their next position while earning a good salary with great benefits which include the potential for quarterly bonuses.

  • Provide world-class support to internal and external customers:
  • Provide an initial response time to new tickets of less than 60 minutes.
  • Same-day resolution for > 75% of Level 1 tickets.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Provide first level of support for all computer related issues.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively to end users, acting as the “face” of the IT Department.
  • Manage help desk ticketing system and help desk tickets.
  • Review open items and follow-up on past due items for users and IT staff.
  • Maintains user accounts in Active Directory, our ERP application, and VoIP phone system.
  • Performs administrative tasks in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Perform routine maintenance, remedial services, and lifecycle planning for desktop systems.
  • Follow and enhance work instructions, documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to processing orders, payments, reporting, etc. for the IT Department.
  • Shadow IT personnel on other activities to develop knowledge and skills and act as a backup during absences.
  • Attend training and work toward certifications as agreed to with your supervisor.

  • Internal customers, including production associates, office staff, and management: Provide in-person, telephone, email, chat, and remote support for technical issues.

Performs onboarding of new employees during their orientation.
Guides end users through upgrades.
Acts as a concierge through escalation, when needed.

Experience:
Required:

  • High School Diploma or HiSet (Formerly GED).
  • Minimum 1-year professional experience in IT.
  • Regular, predictable, and reliable attendance.
  • Requiring hours of service that would average at least 30 hours of service per week (full time), overtime
  • Must wear all personal protective equipment PPE while on the shop floor.
  • Must be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, stooping, twist, reach, reach overhead.
  • Must be able to lift 20 lbs. frequently, 21-30 lbs. occasionally, and 31-49 lbs. rarely.
  • Work in both climate controlled and non-climate controlled environments.

Preferred:

  • Associate degree or better in IT or related field.
  • Microsoft Office 365 administration experience.
  • Experience with VoIP phone systems.
  • Experience using Microsoft Active Directory
