Overview:

The IT Data Coordinator will use current and future tools to promote Sales and provide executive and management teams with the data they need to make decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain data warehouse by monitoring error logs and correcting or reporting on errors
• Qlik sense Report building / maintenance
• Qlik sense N-Print automated report building / maintenance
• Support of ERP (Prelude), data analysis, report writing, helpdesk functions and special project work
• Assist with modification integration with our ERP consultants
• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems
• Data Extraction and consolidation using Altair Monarch Desktop and Automator software
• Using Excel, SQL and other Database style programs to extract useful insights for the team
• Assisting the Project Team
• Train users on new software, hardware, and new processes

Ideal Candidate Will Possess the Following Skills and Abilities:

• Experience with Qlik Sense software preferred.
• Experience with Qlik Sense NPrinting preferred.
• Experience with Altair Monarch preferred.
• Excel knowledge with use of advance formula’s, x lookups, pivot tables, et al.
• Access Database experience a plus
• SQL database experience a plus
• Experience working with complex Data models
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
• Ability to maintain focus under pressure and constant change.
• Ability to mine data for clear actionable results.
• Ability to communicate professionally, in both verbal and written, with 3rd party vendors/consultants, internal users, and Executive levels.
• Ability to create clear and concise training documentation for new software, modification(s), hardware, or process(es) for both users and the IT group.
• Have a self- starter attitude and ability to research solutions on own (self-educating)
