IT Business Analyst Job at CSC Generation

What you get to do every day:
- Plans and organizes transformational activities in coordination with business stakeholders related to product/platform integration, business automation, and data/analytics
- Calculates ROI for new projects related to technology, IT, and other business automation
- Trains business stakeholders on newly integrated technology and/or processes
- Measures productivity by analyzing performance data, financial data, and activity reports
- Monitor business activities and analyze data, assess trends, and determine actions to optimize performance
What you bring to the role:
- Experience with eCommerce
- 5+ years of related experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or related field; M.B.A. preferred
- Extensive knowledge of operations and production management
- Ability to interpret financial data as needed to set production goals
- Expertise in business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau, Snowflake, SAP, etc.)
- Working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite, SAP, etc.)
