Hourly wage position
Responsibilities include:
- Provide direct support care for individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Implement the individual’s personal support plan.
- Provide supervision and guidance for the supported individual(s) at home and in the community.
- Assist with daily living activities, including preparing meals, assisting with personal hygiene, etc.
- Administer, document, and monitor the administration of individual(s) prescribed medications.
- Communicate ongoing care results and updates to relevant parties.
- Complete daily logs and reports as outlined by agency policy.
- Maintain a healthy and comfortable living environment.
- Develop a rapport with residents and cultivate a safe and supportive relationship.
