IOWA80.COM consists of three divisions: e-commerce trucking accessories website, catalog, and a growing distribution center. We've been serving the professional driver since 1964. While many things have changed over those 58 years, working hard to provide the best possible customer care, and ensuring our customers receive a fair price, as fast as possible is still our #1 priority.
This position is full time, onsite in the Iowa 80.Com Headquarters Building on Sterling Drive in Walcott, Iowa - next to The World's Largest Truckstop!
Shift available: This position works Monday through Friday from 11:30 am - 8:00 pm and rotates so each Call Center Representative works only one Saturday every 6 weeks, then takes the following Thursday off.

Responsibilities
- Providing excellent customer care to thousands of customers from all over the world
- Managing a large quantity of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, researching every situation, and providing a positive solution
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when available
- Responding to chat requests from customers and provide excellent customer care
- Navigating the Magento website platform to update online product listings
- Lending a hand to assist colleagues in the distribution center from time to time
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer care setting is a plus!
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and take initiative!
- Track record of overachieving
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Customer focus and adaptability to diverse personalities
- The ability to use Photoshop is a plus, but not required
