Invoicing Specialist Job at N & M Transfer Co., Inc.
N&M Transfer has an exciting opportunity as an Invoicing Specialist at our corporate office in Neenah, WI. Wages starting at $17.30 per hour.
Work hours are Monday–Friday: 8:00am-4:00pm
This position will create customer invoices, perform invoice corrections, provide quotes to customers for transportation services and perform administrative tasks required for each.

Qualified candidates must possess basic computer skills, general office experience, good communication and organization skills, as well as data entry speed and accuracy. The ideal individual will work well in a team environment and have strong customer service and mathematical skills. Transportation industry knowledge, previous logistics or shipping and receiving work experience is a plus.
