Inventory Specialist - Traveling Job at Electronics Service
Job Summary:
Reporting to the President and Vice President, the Inventory Specialist will be responsible for the creation and execution of a new inventory management system for the company. The inventory system will be used to track all the inventory in our 5,000 sq ft warehouse as well as inventory with our mobile teams across the US.
The position includes:
- Interfacing with our in-house programmer to improve our inventory system
- Develop content in correct format
- Trouble shooting inaccuracies, inconsistencies etc.
- Working in warehouse to get all remaining photos taken and named
- Developing systems for inventory control
- Maintaining all inventory counts/additions/deletions/loss
- Maintaining responsibility for condition of all inventory
- Organize and lay out warehouse
- Work collaboratively with senior management to improve efficiency and profitability
- Attend scheduled meetings
- Management of Special Projects
- Travel to mobile teams to assist in inventory management off site
- Other duties as needed
