A REGULAR DAY AT WORK

As a critical member of the Industrial Operations team, the position responsibilities are to ensure a high degree of warehouse inventory accuracy, resolve discrepancies in count and or location and report accordingly for both finished goods and spare parts inventory. Daily cycle counting duties will include verification of physical counts verses reported counts as well as location accuracy.

Additional accountability includes investigation of variances discovered to determine the root cause and facilitate the necessary corrective action.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct daily inventory cycle count activities for both quantity and location
• Research discrepancies between physical and system count and location
• Maintain records and generate regular reports of inventory accuracy/process quality
• Assist warehouse personnel in locating inventory
• Assist with the annual stock taking process for both facilities

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) equivalent required
• 1-3 years of experience in a warehousing or distribution environment
• 1+ years of experience cycle counting
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment within a team and independently
• Basic computer skills, MS Excel, Word, Outlook
• Basic math skills
• Ability to squat, sit, stand, walk, reach and lift up to 50 lbs. daily as required

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

< 10% of travel.
