Potential Schedule:
· Monday – Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
· Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Inventory Coordinator Duties:
· Receive product and inventory
o Stock back room, unload heavy pallets, bring inventory inside
o Enter and adjust inventory
o Rotate product to ensure First in, First Out
o Restock product shelves for patients (keep well stocked and clean)
o Keep the storeroom clean and orderly at all times
· Maintain accurate data in software to ensure shipments are scheduled according to patient needs
· Collaborate with staff to ensure appropriate inventory levels are on-hand, accurate inventory counts are done, and product supplies are ordered in a timely manner
A day in the life of an Inventory Coordinator:
· Continuously keep shelves stocked for patients
· Receive shipments of product at all times of day and help unload
· Put product in storeroom, moving older products to the front to be used first
· Provide accurate products counts, month-end reporting, and year-end counts and reporting
Inventory Coordinator Attributes & Skills:
· Commitment to the pursuit of health through nutrition
· Team player with professional communication skills
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively with co-workers
· Ability to take initiative and give consistent and energetic effort
Inventory Coordinator Qualifications:
· High school diploma, required
· Prior inventory experience, required
· Software and reporting skills, 3 years required
· Ability to be on your feet all day in a busy and active work environment
· The ability to move heavy pallets of product frequently
· The frequent ability to lift and/or carry objects weighing 50 pounds or more
· Ability to climb up and down a ladder frequently while balancing boxes of product
· Exceptional organizational skills
· Professional communication skills
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively
· Ability to problem solve in the best interest of the organization
· Packaging, shipping, and postage knowledge a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.50 - $21.50 per hour
