JOB TITLE: Inventory Lead

GENERAL FUNCTION

Responsible for assisting in a variety of physical warehouse duties, including new receipts put away, picking, and packing Customer and Store orders. Keeping the warehouse stocked of essential packaging, POP materials and supplies. Processing all systematic warehouse functions as well: Assigning bin locations to new receipts, moving return SKU’s from “MAIN” locations to actual picking locations, generating wholesale and retail picking documents, creating outslips for retail replenishments, receiving transfers into NYD/DRK as well as handling all horn product processes.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Stock warehouse with product, supplies, packaging and POP material.
• Fulfill Customer/Store orders.
• Sort items according to style, color, size or product code.
• Maintain quality and productivity standards.
• Communicating errors/problems to the Supervision.
• Assisting with cycle counting and inventories.
• Tagging/labeling product as needed.
• Comply with all safety rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
• Ability to multitask.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Supervision.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area.
• Work cooperatively with team members and Supervision.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be legal to work in the US.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Completion of criminal background check required.
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proven attendance and punctuality record.
• Ability to work in a standing/walking position for long periods of time.
• Able to work flexible hours and overtime as requested by management.
• Strong attention to details. Quality oriented.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 40 pounds.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
