The IST Associate is responsible for new home sale lead processing including inbound new home lead registrations and inbound sales calls. The IST Associate provides support to the sales team in all markets including: Charlotte, Triad, Raleigh, Coastal, and Charleston divisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Follows up with internet lead registrations, outbound calls, email inquiries, and text messages
  • Answers and receives inbound sales related inquires via phone, email, and text in rotation with teammates for all True Homes markets
  • Enters all inbound sales calls into customer relationship management (CRM) system and designate market
  • Accepts all inbound sales calls when rotated to you via round-robin system
  • Follows up on all Sale Central notifications within 3 minutes or less
  • Treats all clients as family and friends
  • Sets proper expectations with all clients
  • Handles all client objections using IST scripts
  • Follows all defined IST processes
  • Attends all weekly IST meetings
  • Reviews IST core disciplines
  • Displays expertise working in our Trinity & THTraffic systems
  • Follows up on and responds to inbound voice mails and email inquires
  • Coordinates prospective client appointments
  • Develops and maintains personal organization systems
  • Maintains proactive daily communication with teammates, manager, and sales team
  • Acts as an advocate for the clients
  • Maintains daily record of position reporting and submits weekly
  • Provides client service to clients and directs them to appropriate departments
  • Generates predictable and consistent results
  • Performs other duties as needed or required

Results/Accountability:

  • Maintains a 25+ outbound call volume per day
  • Maintains a 25+ outbound text volume per day
  • Registers all inbound sales calls in CRM, same day
  • Processes all internet leads received immediately if not on the phone
  • Completes a minimum of 95% of all lead calls, emails, and texts by close of business
  • Meets objectives of 17% appointment conversion and 3% sale conversions on all leads
  • Achieves annual sales budget
  • Achieves annual traffic goal
  • Maintains a 100+ outbound text volume per week
  • Registers all inbound sales calls in CRM, same day
  • Ensures all appointments set need to be in contacts as Sales Central within 15 min
  • Processes all internet leads received immediately if not on the phone
  • Meets objectives of 17% appointment conversion and 3% sale conversions on all leads

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • One to three years of experience in sales, real estate, or call center preferred
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent phone and customer service skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fluid schedule
  • Valid driver’s license, current automobile insurance, and reliable personal transportation required for minimal travel in NC, SC, and out of state for trade shows
  • Must be able to work at the Corporate location in Monroe, NC a minimum of 3 days a week
  • Must be able to work at the Corporate location in Monroe, NC 5 days a week if under budget

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 80% of the time
  • Associate needs to occasionally move about the office to access file cabinets, office equipment, etc.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office equipment
