Position Summary:
Under limited supervision, you will support division internal communications strategies and activities. Serve as communications consultant to support business programs. Write, edit, proofread, and post communications content. Pursue ways to expand the range and variety of communication tools to engage staff. You will report to the Manager of Supervision, Regulation & Credit (SRC) Business Operations.

A requirement of this position is that the employee must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or qualify for an accommodation from the Bank’s vaccination policy. Responsibilities:
  • Assist with content creation/posting on Division intranet and Microsoft Teams, including announcements, calendar, meeting minutes, required actions, document updates (org charts, seating charts, strategic priorities, etc.)
  • Assist with logistics for Division-wide meetings/gatherings, including room reservations, technology connections, seating setups, catering, etc.
  • Draft various communications for approval (newsletters, staff profiles, promotional materials, etc.)
  • Assist with monthly editorial calendar to prioritize content and avoid information overload
  • Work with the Internal Communications Lead to manage communications channels
  • Provide backup support to the Internal Communications Lead in committee meetings and with business partners
Education: Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Journalism or Communications
Knowledge Areas:
  • Solid written and oral communication skills
  • Strategic planning and project mgmt
  • Knowledge of financial industry

Technical Skills:
  • MS Office - Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Web technologies (SharePoint, O365, Canva, Vimeo)
