I need an interior designer ready to take it up a level in the Atlanta, GA area.
If you love designing kitchen and bath spaces, this is for you. This is what you will need to do.
Responsibilities:
- Work with clients to develop their vision for their kitchen and bath spaces
- Develop project designs, drawings, and specifications in accordance with client needs, budget, and project timelines
- Manage and oversee all aspects of project development, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and project quality control
- Communicate project progress and status with clients and other stakeholders
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Ensure that project designs and documentation are in compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations
- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with design intent and specifications
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and designers
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design of single family residential kitchens and baths
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and fixtures used in kitchen and bath design
- Proficient in ArchiCAD
- Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and standards
- Registered architect preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
