Description:
Develops and implements solutions coordinating applications across the enterprise or its units/departments. Evaluates existing components or systems to determine integration requirements and to ensure final solutions meet organizational needs. Reuses components when possible and assists management in buy/build decisions.
Responsibilities for integration developer
- Document necessary integration architecture design and analysis work
- Participate in broader technical reviews used to detect defects in requirements, design, code, test cases, or other project artifacts
- Support Senior Data Integration Developers in the design and development of proof of concept and prototype application environments
- Writing new, modifying existing and testing of business process, web services, batch processes and web applications
- Ensures that the technical solution fits within standards adopted by the organization
- Work with the integration architect to define, adapt and maintain those standards for legacy and new integration solutions
- Involved in production support but will be involved part time in major projects to facility knowledge transfer
Qualifications for integration developer
- Expertise in writing the SQL queries
- Bachelor’s Degree is required, preferably in Computer Science, MIS, or related field (or 4 years relevant work experience)
- 4 years of relevant TIBCO design and development experience, including experience with end-to-end integration testing and performance tuning in the integration layer (in addition to degree or years of previous experience)
- 2 years of Java (J2EE, EJB, JSP) development experience
- 2 years of experience with development and deployment strategies for EAI service end- points and data-flows.
