Ridgeview Institute is part of a leading behavioral healthcare network in Georgia, we provide comprehensive care within a safe, structured, and highly supportive environment. The A&R Technician is responsible for assisting in the process of receiving, scheduling, and/or referring inquiry calls. Assist the A&R Clinicians, Coordinators, and directors with coordinating assessments and initiating Intake paperwork and insurance information. Work to ensure a smooth transition into the admission process. Assist in monitoring to assure the safety of the patient.
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience: Experience working in a hospital intake department or business office preferred.
