We are looking for a competitive Insurance Customer Service Manager to help us expand our business.

Are you interested in taking your career in the insurance industry to the next level? We have one of the fastest growing broker insurance agency in Colorado because we are located inside our car dealership. You will identify the needs and demands of 5,800 customers and sell accordingly.

The goal is to formulate strong relationships to ensure growth and preserve and augment our company’s prestige.

Responsibilities

  • You will apply insurance knowledge and sales skills to increase the customer’s understanding of the value of insurance and cultivate long-term relationships with trusted advice.
  • Identify and qualify sales leads generated from a variety of sources
  • Serve your local community by helping them prepare for life’s uncertainties.
  • Contact potential clients and create rapport by networking, using referrals etc.
  • Appraise the wishes and demands of business or individual customers and sell the suitable protection plans.
  • Collect information from clients on their risk profiles in order to offer them the proper solution.
  • No cold calling, no prospecting.
  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Able to multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Maintain knowledge of new products.
  • Be outstanding at relationship building.
  • Able to manage multiple software platforms including Ezlynx and sales center.

Requirements

  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships.
  • Property and Casualty License.
  • Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
  • Successful sales background with high volume of customers
  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
  • Excellent time management skills.
