Advanced Green Home Solutions, a successful energy efficiency company located in Baltimore County, is hiring one full time crew worker to join our team from 7:00am to 4:00pm. Paid as salary, so guaranteed weekly even if less than 40 hours or weather cancellations.. Paid holidays.

Job includes residential insulation, air sealing in attics, basements, crawl spaces, light construction, venting to exterior, loading/unloading truck, customer relations and other tasks. Potential solar work opportunties too. Friendly and close team. Great atmosphere. Opportunity to be promoted within our company in the energy sector from retrofit worker to crew leader to certified energy auditors.

Must have a great attitude, pleasant and positive, be good with hands and tools, have construction or home repair experience and skills, be prompt to the Halethorpe office by 6:50-7:00 AM each day, and very reliable. Must have capability to work in attics, crawl spaces and small areas when needed. Must have your own car to drive to office each day, a valid driver's license and be authorized to work in USA.
