The Installation Coordinator reports to the Installation Manager, and is located in Rogers, MN.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Installation Coordinator is responsible for ensuring our customer's foodservice equipment is scheduled for installation in a timely manner with high quality service, managing between 10-30 inbound phone calls per day.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Schedule and dispatch workers, work crews, equipment, or service vehicles to appropriate locations, according to customer requests, specifications, or needs
  • Relay work orders, messages, or information to or from work crews, supervisors, or field inspectors electronically through specific programs
  • Communicate with customers to address questions, problems, or requests for service or equipment
  • Prepare daily installation schedules and contact customers throughout the day to confirm install schedule
  • Record and maintain files or records of customer requests, work or services performed, charges, expenses, inventory, or other install information
  • Monitor the GPS software to ensure vehicles are at assigned locations
  • Oversee and distribute install scheduling according to approved procedures
  • Manage all inbound customer contacts via phone, email, web portal and fax in a fast, customer friendly, and professional manner; utilize phone system to manage all inbound/outbound install calls from/to the customer
  • Employ formalized scripting to communicate with customers in order to provide consistent and organized information
  • Cross-promote all of the services offered to customers
  • Review current processes and services on a constant basis and make recommendations/proposals in order to improve and strengthen the customer experience
  • Work cohesively as a customer service team member and provide internal support as often as needed.
  • Resolve escalated customer service issues
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned
COMPETENCIES:
  • Customer driven focus and motivation
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Must be able to type 40 wpm
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Must be team oriented
  • Occasional weekend work and overtime required
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 0-1 years' experience in scheduling and/or dispatch
  • Experience in coordinating systems and knowledge, preferably within a service/installation department
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and the ability to learn other internal software as needed
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check
The range provided represents the national average pay range for this position and is considered to be a general guideline. Pay for this position will reflect the candidate’s unique qualifications and may be higher or lower than the range provided based on employee geographic location. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other local, state, and federal law.

In addition to base salary, this role will be eligible for participation in TriMark’s’ benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, 401K (with employer match), etc. Leadership positions may also qualify for participation in bonus programs commensurate with role and scope of responsibility.
