Inside Sales Representative - Business Development Job at Icon Technical Group

  • Leverage prospecting tools and outbound calling techniques
  • Engage and build relationships with prospects and Target Accounts by promoting Icon products/Services to build sales pipeline
  • Produce qualified leads for Sales and schedule highly qualified meetings for Major Account Representatives
  • Manage inbound leads and properly disposition them
  • Work collaboratively with sales, marketing and Icon management team.
  • Meet and exceed high value activity metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis
Required Skills:
  • Ability to maintain knowledge of and discuss ForgeRock products and company overview
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Portuguese and Spanish languages a plus
  • Confident in engaging in conversations with new prospects over the phone and managing objections
  • Well-developed interpersonal and decision making skills
  • Must be self-driven and organized
  • Excellent computer skills – Microsoft Office, Applications, etc.
  • Previous business experience a plus
