Fair-Rite Products is a manufacturing company with headquarters in Wallkill, New York. We have an opening for an INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE. This is a Monday to Friday position with hours that are somewhat flexible.
Responsibilities:

This position will support and execute our business plans and sales strategies to maximize revenue growth, increase market share and position the company as a strategic supplier with the assigned customer base.

The Inside Sales Representative will be expected to help promote a full range of Products and Services (currently, Suppression, Power, and Machine/Non-Standard)

By working closely with our customer base, this individual will be expected to identify major opportunities, gain information, and develop strategies utilizing all available resources to close business and grow assigned account base.

The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for direct customer activities within a defined customer base, working in conjunction with the Area Sales Manager and Product Managers to increase sales products and services.

The Inside Sales Representative will collaborate with appropriate staff (internal and external) to ensure accurate and timely forecasting of new business opportunities and revenue for the customer base and ensuring CRM is utilized and maintained.

May occasionally travel with Field Sales to meet with customers for increased relationship leading to increased sales

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years’ experience in customer service/inside sales within the Electronics Components Industry with a strong working knowledge and understanding of the Electronics Components Industry and Technologies

Proven background in developing relationships with key decision makers and influencers.

Candidates must be able to prove competency in the following areas:

Exhibit exceptional knowledge of products and services within the Electronics Components Industry.
Demonstrate persuasiveness, tenacity, and strong selling skills.
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, including excellent presentation skills.
Exhibit strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills.
Must be organized and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Able to work with minimum supervision and make responsible decisions.
Ability to type 40 words per minute.
Knowledge of CRM, Customer Portals, and Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Word) at a minimum average level required.
Maintain a positive attitude with an ability to absorb & learn quickly.

Education: BA, BS, (preferred), and/or Relative Industry Experience
