Position Summary:

The Inside Sales Representatives support our company’s Franchise Sales division through targeted research, professional outreach, and appointment setting on behalf of Franchise Sales Consultants representing owned/managed regions. This individual must possess superior sales and customer service skills in order create long-lasting, positive, and productive relationships that are conducive to our mission statement and sales goals.

What you’ll do all day:

  • Review and research cold prospects via various provided sources and platforms
  • Leverage existing relationships and network with potential entrepreneurs among various industries (i.e. Insurance, Real Estate, Mortgage, Title)
  • Reaching out to customers via telephone, email, text and LinkedIn to set up virtual and face to face appointments for our franchise sales team while overcoming objections in order to schedule a more in-depth appointment
  • Utilize critical thinking to identify who will make a high-performing insurance agency
  • Work closely with high- performing Franchise Sales Consultants
  • Organize follow up, and maintain a continuous watch on multiple calling accounts is essential to productivity and results
  • Seldom travel to tradeshows and networking events for prospecting
  • Meet and communicate often with high-level sales consultants for industry and sales education.

You’ll gain loads of experience in this role but before you do, you should have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent – Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Insurance industry experience preferred
  • 3 years’ experience in a customer service, call center or sales role
  • Experience in cold lead conversions to appointments for Sales Consultants
  • Extremely adaptable, self-starter, results driven, accountable, professional, and collaborative
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and keep detailed notes for customer interactions
  • Past experience working in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Language Ability:

Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.

Math Ability:

The ability to choose the right mathematical methods or formulas to solve a problem.

Reasoning Ability:

Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems

Computer Technical Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook and Internet browser applications. Must be able to use a variety of office equipment, including scanner, copier, fax machine, and calculator.
